We stand behind our products. This page explains what’s covered, what isn’t, and how to file a warranty claim.

Summary

  • SmartPulse Watch: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Charger Cable: 6-month limited warranty.
  • Bands: 90-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects (normal wear & tear not covered).
  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

What’s Covered

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including (for example):

  • Watch not powering on or not holding charge abnormally (outside normal battery aging).
  • Non-functional sensors or buttons.
  • Charger not charging the device under normal conditions.
  • Band hardware failure (e.g., quick-release pin defect) within 90 days.

What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental damage, drops, crushing, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
  • Water damage or moisture ingress beyond the stated water-resistance rating; charging while wet.
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration) and normal wear & tear (including band wear).
  • Damage caused by third-party accessories (e.g., bands that damage the lugs) or incompatible chargers (fast-charge 9V/12V).
  • Lost or stolen items.

Remedy

For approved claims, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent, or refund the purchase price if repair/replacement is not reasonably available.

How to File a Claim

  1. Locate your order number and prepare a short video or photos showing the issue.
  2. Open the Return Portal or Contact Support and submit your claim.
  3. Our team may request troubleshooting steps to verify the defect.
  4. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for return or replacement. Replacements may be new or refurbished.

Note: For approved claims, outbound shipping of the replacement is covered by us. Any return shipping to our facility follows our Refund Policy.

Limitations

This limited warranty is valid only in the country/region of purchase and is non-transferable. It does not extend to commercial use. Warranty periods start on the delivery date shown in your order confirmation.

Australia — Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
